We have arrived! Abergavenny.

It has been an auspicious beginning to our horticulture study tour to Cornwall/Wales. All of our flights were on time, everyones luggage arrived, and Mary and I had an empty seat in between us so our flight was amazing. The weather is delightful, with low humidity, sunny skies and cool temps. We had a three hour bus ride once we gathered everyone together from all the flights. We stopped for a quick rest, a light snack and made it to our first town Abergavenny. What a quaint town.

They knew the Arkansans had landed when we arrived with all our luggage, but they made a quick job of unloading and delivering our bags.

Folks had the option of cleaning up or exploring the town or both. A hot shower felt fabulous, and the town is full of interesting sites.

Folks have done a great job of staying awake and getting on the new time. We head down to a welcome dinner in one hour.

Interesting plants all around the town in shops and to decorate their stores.

Many familiar faces. Low humidity and pleasant temperatures. OH MY! And shopping opportunities close by.
